Didsbury House Wedding Photography

Louise & Neil were married at Didsbury House, a contemporary stately home in Manchester, and I was privileged to be their wedding photographer.

My day started at Louise & Neil’s lovely house in Wythenshawe which was filled with family and friends all getting ready for the big day. Louise even put me on the takeaway breakfast order from a local cafe, result!

From here I headed over to Didsbury House to capture some photos of Neil and the guys along with guests arriving eagerly anticipating Louise’s arrival.

The ceremony room at Didsbury House was jam packed and the service was super relaxed.

After the ceremony I had the opportunity to take a quick set of family photos before we headed down the road to Eleven Didsbury Park which was the reception venue for the day. There is an incredible outdoor space and covered outdoor dining area at Eleven Didsbury Park, there is simply nothing else like it. The street food BBQ was incredible and was a perfect match for Louise & Neil who are keen travellers.

For the evening reception we headed back to Didsbury House where extra guests awaited and a band brought the dance floor to life.

Towards the end of the evening I captured a shot in front of the stained glass windows, this was specifically requested by Louise & Neil. I took a creative approach which they were really thrilled about.
